Rick Fox is a retired Canadian basketball player who played in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for 13 seasons. He was born on July 24, 1969, in Toronto, Canada, and grew up in the Bahamas. Fox played college basketball at the University of North Carolina, where he won the NCAA championship in 1991 and 1992.
