Malcolm Reiss was an American jazz saxophonist and clarinetist who was active in the jazz scene in the 1930s. He was born in New York City in 1910 and began playing professionally in the late 1920s. He was a member of the bands of Red Nichols, Benny Goodman, and Tommy Dorsey, and was a featured soloist in the latter two
