The Baltimore Ravens are slated to have many of their talented players hit free agency in the next week, which means that the team could look vastly different once the 2022 season begins. One of those players is center Bradley Bozeman, who will have earned every penny of what should be a big-money deal that he signs once free agency begins. - If Bozeman departs, Baltimore will have a major hole at the center position once again. However, they reportedly have their eyes on other options in the event that they need a new starter in the middle of their offensive line. According to an article from Dan Graziano and Jeremey Fowler of ESPN, Tampa Bay Buccaneers center Ryan Jensen “has the attention” of the Ravens. - “One player I expect to generate a lot of interest on the free-agent market is center Ryan Jensen, who has the attention of the Jets, Bengals, Steelers and Baltimore Ravens, among others.” - If Jensen does end up signing with Baltimore, it would mark his second stint with the franchise. He was selected by the Ravens in the sixth round of the 2013 NFL draft, and went on to play his first four seasons as a professional in Baltimore. He would go on to sign a four-year, $42 million deal with Tampa Bay, where he ended up winning a Super Bowl championship while blocking for future Hall of Fame quarterback Tom Brady. - Jensen is considered the best center on the market, so it’s unclear whether the Ravens will have the necessary amount of money to bring him in. However, he would represent an upgrade on their offensive line, and a good replacement for Bozeman if his time is indeed up in Baltimore. - - - - - - - - - - - - Email - - - - - Sign up - - - - - - - - Like this article? - Sign up for the Ravens Wire email newsletter to get our top stories in your inbox every morning - - - - An error has occured - - - Please re-enter your email address. - - - - - - Thanks for signing up! - - - You'll now receive the top Ravens Wire stories each day directly in your inbox.
