Jan 16, 2022

There will be little time for a few members of the Buffalo Bills, in particular, to rest on Sunday. Following the Bills’ 47-17 wild-card win against the New England Patriots on Saturday, a few interviews will be held. It was previously reported that both Buffalo coordinators in Brian Daboll (offense) and Leslie Frazier (defense) would talk to the Miami Dolphins and Chicago Bears about their head coaching vacancies. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the teams will hold first interviews with both candidates on Sunday. Considering the logistics, it appears these chats will be conducted virtually. Additionally, Bills assistant general manager Joe Schoen will speak to the Bears about their vacant general manager position as well. It was also previously reported that Schoen had interest from Chicago, along with some from the New York Giants. The Giants already confirmed that they interviewed Schoen for their open GM position last week. Stay tuned to Bills Wire throughout the winter as we will provide all updates regarding Buffalo assistants and front-office members that are connected to other NFL teams.
