The Buffalo Bills were on the losing end of their AFC divisional-round matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs. - Kansas City needed overtime but eventually pulled out an improbable 42-36 win against Buffalo. - Helping the Chiefs do it was some incredible play and coin flip as rules currently stand. - And now for the irony. - There was an item one team in particular put on the agenda  at the NFL owners meeting last spring.
