He has clear value to the Cavs if he can stay healthy and perhaps could be a trade piece since he's an expiring contract. - For Osman, it's all about being rebuilt. Last year was the worst season of his career by far and it appears that his contract was a mistake for the team to do. So how can the organization revitalize him and how invested are they in doing so? - Lastly, Wade and Stevens look like they are NBA players or at least have a shot to be. But both still to develop a little bit more to become locks to stick in the NBA, with the Cavs or elsewhere.
