The Lakers defense let their guard down in the 2nd half as they allowed the Wizards to score 66 points after halftime and take the loss in overtime, 124-127. Bradley Beal added 33 points and Russell Westbrook missed a triple-double by one assist with 32 points, 14 rebounds, and 9 assists. Speaking of triple-doubles, LeBron James also missed one by a single rebound and finished with 31 points, 9 rebounds, and 13 assists. He also missed a critical free throw that would have put the Lakers up one towards the end of regulation and a game-tying three at the end of overtime. Next up, a trip to Utah to face the Jazz.
