The Los Angeles Rams will have a lot of tough decisions to make this offseason with several starters hitting free agency, including Odell Beckham Jr., Von Miller, Darious Williams and Austin Corbett. - With limited cap space, it’ll be hard to re-sign everyone, but keeping their own players is always a priority for the Rams – and for Beckham, it seems like staying in Los Angeles is the goal. During his media session on Friday, Beckham was asked by NFL Media’s Nick Shook if he’d sacrifice salary and give the Rams a discount to re-sign with them. - He quickly said “of course,” telling reporters that it feels like home. That’s a strong indication that Beckham wants to run it back with the Rams, regardless of what happens in the Super Bowl. - - I asked Odell Beckham Jr. about his future beyond Sunday and if he’d sacrifice salary to stick with the Rams. The answer was a quick “yeah, of course!” with a smile. - “This place, it feels good in my heart. It feels like a home.” - — Nick Shook (@TheNickShook) February 11, 2022 - - - Beckham took less money to sign with the Rams this season and accepted an incentive-heavy contract that paid him more based on how the Rams did in the postseason. It’s worked out extremely well, with Beckham earning $2 million in team-based incentives so far and another $1 million on the table if the Rams win the Super Bowl. - After seeing the way he played with the Rams this season, Beckham is likely to be a hot commodity in free agency, so the Rams will be bidding against other teams. But if Beckham really wants to come back, he could end up giving the Rams a discount to return to L.A. in pursuit of another Super Bowl appearance. - - - - - - - - - - - - Email - - - - - Sign up - - - - - - - - Like this article? - Sign up for the Rams Wire email newsletter to get our top stories in your inbox every morning - - - - An error has occured - - - Please re-enter your email address. - - - - - - Thanks for signing up! - - - You'll now receive the top Rams Wire stories each day directly in your inbox.
