For 28 NFL teams, the season is over. As the AFC and NFC championship games are set for this weekend, the rest of the NFL is either hiring coaches, general managers, or preparing for a trip to Mobile, Alabama, for the Reese’s Senior Bowl. - Preparations for 2022 began around three weeks ago for the Washington Football Team after the completion of another disappointing season. Optimism was high around Washington entering the season, but a number of issues prevented the WFT from building upon its surprising success in 2021 under then-first year head coach Ron Rivera. - Washington heads into the offseason in desperate need of a quarterback — again. - With the Kansas City Chiefs, Cincinnati Bengals, Los Angeles Rams and San Francisco 49ers still standing, let’s take a look at one lesson Washington can learn from the NFL’s final four teams. -
