The Cincinnati Bengals and Los Angeles Rams will take the field for Super Bowl LVI Sunday at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. While most observers will be intent on watching the game or commercials, the 30 other NFL teams will be watching specific players. - Both the Rams and the Bengals each have several free agents. Some free agents, such as Los Angeles defensive end Von Miller, will receive plenty of interest from around the league. Why? Because Miller is a future Hall of Famer who plays a premium position and, despite his age, still produces. - Which free agents will interest the Washington Commanders? - Washington’s top two priorities are quarterback and inside linebacker. There are no free agents in the Super Bowl who fit that bill. However, Washington will likely need a new right guard if Brandon Scherff departs and the team doesn’t promote from within. Other areas the Commanders can improve are cornerback, wide receiver and safety. - Here are five free agents Washington should target when free agency opens in March.
