Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay finally won a Super Bowl ring after the Rams defeated the Cincinnati Bengals, 23-20, in Super Bowl LVI. - McVay, 36, becomes the youngest head coach in NFL history to win a Super Bowl. It was McVay’s second trip to the Super Bowl in his five years as head coach of Los Angeles since leaving Washington after the 2016 season. - McVay has led the Rams to the postseason in four of his five seasons as head coach, compiling a record of 55-26 in the regular season, with a 7-3 mark in the postseason, including going 4-0 this postseason. - McVay is a rarity in Washington. He left the franchise on good terms and is beloved by the current ownership group. Most coaches leave Washington under much different circumstances, or assistants quickly bolt when their contracts end. - In addition to McVay, four other former Washington assistant coaches from the past decade won Super Bowl rings Sunday night, including both coordinators.
