A report surfaced Sunday during the Super Bowl LVI pregame show from NBC’s Pro Football Talk that the reaction of some NFL owners is that it may now be time for Washington Commanders owner Daniel Snyder to move on. - While watching Super Bowl LVI between the Rams and Bengals, I continued to notice many Washington fans tweeting concerning owner Daniel Snyder. - Here is a sampling of the responses. I will conceal the identity of most who posted to better focus on the content of what Washington Commanders fans are thinking regarding Snyder. - “This would be equivalent to winning the Super Bowl for us.” - “There’s precedent. The board of Six Flags gave him the boot as well.” - “It will be the most glorious day in my memory of the team!” - “Music to my ears” - “Maybe we can speak it into existence.” - “That would make this super gold Sunday even better.” - “If we would only be lucky enough!!!!” - “Could you imagine”? - “I just did a little victory wee.” - “Please, Lord.” - “It’s his entire life. What would he do without the team?” - “We can only hope for DC fans.” - “When Dan sells the team I hope he takes everyone with him, Jason Wright and Ron Rivera” - “Can we get another new team name while we are at it?” - “If he sells the team it should become a holiday. Best news a fan of the franchise could get.” - “There will be a parade in DC” - “Do we get another name if a new owner? I want Redwolves #redwolves” - “Greatest news ever” - “That would be amaaazzzzing” - “This  is great news!” - “Pls let this be true” - As you can see the overwhelming sentiment of Washington fans is that they are not in Daniel Snyder’s corner. - - - - - - - - - - - - Email - - - - - Sign up - - - - - - - - Like this article? - Sign up for the Washington Wire email newsletter to get our top stories in your inbox every morning - - - - An error has occured - - - Please re-enter your email address. - - - - - - Thanks for signing up! - - - You'll now receive the top Washington Wire stories each day directly in your inbox.
