Aaron Stecker is a former American football running back who played in the National Football League (NFL) for ten seasons. He began his career as an undrafted free agent with the Chicago Bears in 1999 but was released before the start of the regular season. Stecker then signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, where he spent the next six seasons.

During his time with the Buccaneers, Stecker was primarily used as a backup running back and special teams player. He played in 84 games for the team, rushing for 1,526 yards and 10 touchdowns on 356 carries. He also caught 102 passes for 846 yards and two touchdowns and returned 95 kickoffs for 2,166 yards and one touchdown.

In 2004, Stecker had his best season with the Buccaneers, rushing for 448 yards and three touchdowns on 131 carries. He also caught 29 passes for 239 yards and one touchdown and returned 33 kickoffs for 764 yards and one touchdown. His performance that season helped the Buccaneers reach the playoffs, where they lost to the eventual Super Bowl champion, the Philadelphia Eagles.

After six seasons with the Buccaneers, Stecker signed with the New Orleans Saints in 2006. He played in 38 games for the team over three seasons, rushing for 617 yards and two touchdowns on 152 carries. He also caught 34 passes for 288 yards and one touchdown and returned 23 kickoffs for 484 yards.

Stecker's best game with the Saints came in 2007 when he rushed for 106 yards and two touchdowns on 20 carries in a win over the St. Louis Rams. He also caught three passes for 23 yards in the game.

In 2009, Stecker signed with the Atlanta Falcons but was released before the start of the regular season. He then signed with the UFL's Florida Tuskers, where he played in eight games and rushed for 187 yards and two touchdowns on 45 carries. He also caught 11 passes for 78 yards and one touchdown.

Stecker retired from professional football after the 2009 season. Over his ten-year career, he played in 137 games and rushed for 2,560 yards and 15 touchdowns on 653 carries. He also caught 136 passes for 1,134 yards and three touchdowns and returned 118 kickoffs for 2,650 yards and one touchdown.
