Elisburg played a crucial role in the formation of the Heat's "Big Three" in 2010, which included LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, and Chris Bosh. His expertise in salary cap management allowed the team to sign all three players, leading to four consecutive NBA Finals appearances and two NBA Championships in 2012 and 2013.
