During his time with the Hawks, Feerick was one of the top scorers in the league. He averaged over 16 points per game during the 1950-51 season and was named to the All-NBA Second Team. Feerick also led the league in free throw percentage during the 1951-52 season, shooting an impressive 91.3% from the line.
