Chris Denorfia is a former professional baseball player who played in the Major League Baseball (MLB) for over a decade. He was born on July 15, 1980, in Bristol, Connecticut, and attended Wheaton College in Massachusetts.

Denorfia began his professional baseball career in 2002 when he was drafted by the Cincinnati Reds in the 19th round of the MLB draft.
