Dave Corzine is a former professional basketball player who played in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for 12 seasons. He was born on April 25, 1956, in Arlington Heights, Illinois, and attended DePaul University, where he played college basketball.
Corzine was selected by the Washington Bullets in the third round of the 1978 NBA draft but was waived before the start of the season. He then played for the Anchorage Northern Knights of the Continental Basketball Association (CBA) before signing with the Chicago Bulls in 1979.
Corzine played for the Bulls for eight seasons, from 1979 to 1987. He was primarily a backup center but also played power forward and occasionally started games. He was known for his solid defense, rebounding, and mid-range jump shot.
