Dennis Northcutt is a former American football wide receiver who played in the National Football League (NFL) for ten seasons. He was born on December 22, 1977, in Los Angeles, California, and attended the University of Arizona, where he played college football for the Arizona Wildcats.

Northcutt was selected by the Cleveland Browns in the second round of the 2000 NFL Draft. He spent his first seven seasons with the Browns, where he established himself as a reliable receiver and return specialist.
