Hensley Meulens is a former professional baseball player from the island of Curaçao. He began his career in the minor leagues in 1985, playing for the Rookie-level Gulf Coast Yankees. He quickly moved up the ranks, playing for several different minor league teams before making his major league debut with the New York Yankees in 1989.
