Howard Eisley is a former American professional basketball player who played as a point guard in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for over a decade. Eisley was born on December 4, 1972, in Detroit, Michigan, and attended Southwestern High School in Detroit. He then went on to play college basketball at Boston College, where he was a standout player.
