Jake McQuaide is a former American football player who played as a long snapper in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Ohio State University and was signed as an undrafted free agent by the St. Louis Rams in 2011.

McQuaide spent his entire NFL career with the Rams, playing in 176 regular-season games and 10 playoff games. He was a reliable long snapper and was known for his consistency and accuracy. He was also a team captain and a leader in the locker room.

McQuaide was named to the Pro Bowl twice in his career, in 2016 and 2017. He was also named a first-team All-Pro in 2016. He was widely regarded as one of the best long snappers in the NFL during his career.

In addition to his on-field success, McQuaide was also active in the community. He was a regular participant in the Rams' community outreach programs and was named the team's Walter Payton Man of the Year in 2018.
