Jeff Mullins is a former professional basketball player who had a successful career in the NBA. He was a four-time All-Star and a two-time All-NBA Second Team selection. He was also a member of the 1968-69 NBA champion Boston Celtics.

Mullins was a standout player at Duke University, where he was a two-time All-American and the 1964 ACC Player of the Year. He was drafted by the St. Louis Hawks in the first round of the 1964 NBA Draft. He played for the Hawks for four seasons before being traded to the Golden State Warriors in 1968.

Mullins was a key contributor for the Warriors, averaging over 20 points per game in each of his four seasons with the team. He was a four-time All-Star and a two-time All-NBA Second Team selection during his time with the Warriors. He was also a member of the 1968-69 NBA champion Boston Celtics.

Mullins retired from the NBA in 1976 after 12 seasons. He was inducted into the Duke Sports Hall of Fame in 1982 and the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2019. He is remembered as one of the greatest players in Duke and NBA history.
