Keith Van Horne is a former American football player who played as an offensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL) for 12 seasons. He was born on November 6, 1957, in Los Angeles, California, and attended Diamond Bar High School in Diamond Bar, California. Van Horne played college football at the University of Southern California (USC) from 1976 to 1979, where he was a two-time All-American and helped the Trojans win the 1978 National Championship.

Van Horne was selected by the Chicago Bears in the first round of the 1981 NFL Draft, 11th overall. He played for the Bears from 1981 to 1993, starting in 169 games and playing in 184 overall. He was a key member of the Bears' offensive line during the 1980s, which was known as the "Monsters of the Midway" and helped the team win Super Bowl XX in 1986. Van Horne was also named to the Pro Bowl in 1987 and 1988.

Van Horne was known for his durability and toughness, playing through numerous injuries throughout his career. He suffered a broken leg in 1985 but returned to play in the Super Bowl the following year. He also played through a torn bicep in 1988 and a broken hand in 1990.
