Leslie Frazier is a former American football player and coach who had a successful career in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Alcorn State University and was drafted by the Chicago Bears in the sixth round of the 1981 NFL Draft.

Frazier played for the Bears from 1981 to 1985, primarily as a cornerback. He was a member of the team that won Super Bowl XX in 1986. Frazier then played for the Minnesota Vikings from 1986 to 1989 before finishing his playing career with the Bears in 1992.

After retiring as a player, Frazier began his coaching career as a defensive backs coach for the Philadelphia Eagles in 1999. He then served as the defensive coordinator for the Cincinnati Bengals from 2003 to 2004 and the Minnesota Vikings from 2007 to 2010.

In 2011, Frazier was named the head coach of the Vikings. He led the team to a 10-6 record and a playoff berth in his second season, but was fired after a 5-10-1 record in 2013.

Frazier then served as the defensive coordinator for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 2014 to 2015 before joining the Baltimore Ravens as their secondary coach in 2016. He was promoted to assistant head coach in 2019 and helped the Ravens reach the playoffs in each of his four seasons with the team.

Throughout his career, Frazier was known for his strong leadership and defensive expertise. He was a respected coach and player who made a significant impact on the NFL.
