Luke Gregerson is a former professional baseball player who spent 11 seasons in the Major Leagues as a relief pitcher. He was born on May 14, 1984, in Park Ridge, Illinois, and attended St. Ignatius College Prep in Chicago before playing college baseball at Saint Xavier University.

Gregerson was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 28th round of the 2006 MLB Draft and made his Major League debut with the team in 2009. He spent two seasons with the Cardinals before being traded to the San Diego Padres in 2010.
