Radim Vrbata is a retired Czech professional ice hockey player who played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for 16 seasons. He began his career in the Czech Extraliga, playing for the HC Plzeň team. In 2001, he was drafted by the Colorado Avalanche in the seventh round of the NHL Entry Draft.
