Sergei Zubov is a former professional hockey player who is widely regarded as one of the greatest defensemen of all time. He was born in Moscow, Russia and began his hockey career in the Soviet Union. He was drafted by the Dallas Stars in the fifth round of the 1990 NHL Entry Draft.
