Shayne Graham is a former American football placekicker who played for several teams in the National Football League (NFL) during his career. He was born on December 9, 1977, in Radford, Virginia, and attended Virginia Tech University, where he played college football for the Virginia Tech Hokies.

Graham began his professional career in 2000, when he signed with the New Orleans Saints as an undrafted free agent. However, he was released before the start of the regular season and did not play in the NFL that year. He then signed with the Seattle Seahawks in 2001, but was released after just one game.

In 2002, Graham signed with the Carolina Panthers, where he played for two seasons. He then played for the Cincinnati Bengals from 2003 to 2009, where he became the team's all-time leading scorer. During his time with the Bengals, Graham was named to the Pro Bowl in 2005 and was a first-team All-Pro selection in 2005 and 2007.

After leaving the Bengals, Graham played for several other teams, including the New York Giants, the New England Patriots, the Miami Dolphins, the Baltimore Ravens, the Houston Texans, and the Atlanta Falcons. He also had brief stints with the Dallas Cowboys and the New Orleans Saints.

Throughout his career, Graham was known for his accuracy and consistency as a kicker. He finished his career with a field goal percentage of 85.4%, making 277 of 324 attempts. He also made 496 of 498 extra point attempts, giving him a career total of 1,327 points.

Graham's most memorable moment came in the 2011 playoffs, when he kicked a game-winning field goal in overtime to give the Houston Texans their first-ever playoff victory. He also set a franchise record for the longest field goal in Texans history, with a 53-yard kick in 2012.

Graham retired from the NFL in 2016, after playing for 15 seasons. He currently works as a kicking consultant and has helped train several NFL kickers, including Justin Tucker of the Baltimore Ravens and Graham Gano of the Carolina Panthers.
