Terrance Shaw is a former American football player who played as a cornerback in the National Football League (NFL) for several teams. He began his football career at the University of Massachusetts, where he played for four years and was named to the All-Atlantic 10 Conference team twice.

Shaw was signed as an undrafted free agent by the San Diego Chargers in 1995 and played for them for two seasons. He then played for the Miami Dolphins for two seasons before being traded to the New England Patriots in 2000. He played for the Patriots for one season before being traded to the Oakland Raiders in 2001.

Shaw played for the Raiders for two seasons and was a key player in their run to the Super Bowl in 2002. He then played for the Minnesota Vikings for one season before finishing his career with the New Orleans Saints in 2004.
