Tramaine Brock is a former American football cornerback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for several teams. He began his football career at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College before transferring to Belhaven University. Brock went undrafted in the 2010 NFL Draft but was signed by the San Francisco 49ers as an undrafted free agent.

Brock spent the majority of his career with the 49ers, playing for the team from 2010 to 2016. He was primarily used as a backup cornerback during his first few seasons with the team but eventually became a starter in 2013. Brock had a breakout season in 2013, recording five interceptions and 15 passes defended. He continued to be a key player for the 49ers over the next few seasons, but his production declined in 2016, and he was released by the team in April 2017.

After his release from the 49ers, Brock signed with the Seattle Seahawks but was released before the start of the regular season. He then signed with the Minnesota Vikings, where he played for one season before being released in March 2018. Brock then signed with the Denver Broncos, where he played for one season before being released in March 2019.

Brock signed with the Arizona Cardinals in August 2019 and played for the team for one season. He appeared in 10 games for the Cardinals, recording 37 tackles, one interception, and four passes defended. Brock became a free agent after the 2019 season and did not sign with a team for the 2020 season.

Throughout his career, Brock was known for his physicality and ability to play press coverage. He was also a solid tackler and was often used on special teams. Brock finished his NFL career with 11 interceptions, 53 passes defended, and 246 tackles.
