Travis Grant is a former professional basketball player who is best known for his time in the American Basketball Association (ABA). He was a two-time ABA All-Star and was named the ABA's Most Valuable Player in 1975.

Grant was a standout player at Kentucky State University, where he was a three-time All-American and the school's all-time leading scorer. After college, he was drafted by the Kentucky Colonels of the ABA in 1973. He quickly established himself as one of the league's top players, averaging over 20 points per game in each of his first three seasons.

In 1975, Grant was named the ABA's Most Valuable Player after leading the Colonels to the ABA championship. He was also named to the All-ABA First Team that season. The following year, he was named to the All-ABA Second Team and was selected to play in the 1976 ABA All-Star Game.

Grant's career ended abruptly in 1976 when he was forced to retire due to a knee injury. He finished his career with averages of 20.2 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 4.2 assists per game. He was inducted into the Kentucky State University Hall of Fame in 1992 and the Kentucky Athletic Hall of Fame in 1997.
