The Bears hired general manager Ryan Poles and head coach Matt Eberflus over the last three days, but the work is only just beginning for Poles and Eberflus. - Now that Poles has his head coach in place, he has to assemble a front office staff. He also served as an area scout for the Ravens before getting an opportunity as director of college scouting with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2017.
