But there’s no hire more important than that of the offensive coordinator, who will be entrusted to develop quarterback Justin Fields and run the offense. - The Bears officially announced the hiring of Packers passing game coordinator and quarterbacks coach Luke Getsy as their new offensive coordinator. - Getsy has spent his entire pro coaching career with the Packers, serving in a variety of roles on the offensive side of the ball. He joined the organization in 2014 as a quality control coach.
