The Chicago Bears made a few moves on the defensive line on Friday, which has shook some things up. After defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi failed his physical, the Bears quickly pivoted to sign defensive tackle Justin Jones. Shortly after, they added help off the edge in defensive end Al-Quadin Muhammad. - Jones, 25, is a former third-round pick by the Chargers in 2018. After appearing in 15 games during his rookie season, Jones stepped into a starting role along the defensive line. He’s been the Chargers’ best run stopper over the last three years. - A sixth-round pick by the Saints in 2017, Muhammad is coming off a breakout season with Indianapolis, where he set career highs in tackles (48), sacks (6) and QB hits (13). He started every game for the Colts last season. - With the additions of Jones and Muhammad — and subsequent loss of Ogunjobi, here’s an updated look at the Bears’ defensive line depth:
