The Chicago Bears continue to make some under-the-radar moves in free agency. That includes the signing of former Tennessee Titans fullback Khari Blasingame, who’s an intriguing new addition to the roster. - That’s right. Chicago actually signed a fullback. - The last time the Bears had a true fullback on the roster was during the John Fox and Dowell Loggains era back in 2017 and the beginning of the Matt Nagy era in 2018 with Michael Burton. - It’s an indication that Chicago is getting back to running the I-formation under new offensive coordinator Luke Getsy, which makes sense given Getsy worked under Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur. - As you can imagine, Bears fans are absolutely thrilled that their team has finally employed a fullback after three years of not having a true fullback under Nagy.
