1933 Blue Birds

Missed Postseason

15-27 (.357)
6th place in NNL

The Columbus Blue Birds were disbanded in 1933 and merged with the Akron Black Tyrites. The team then more or less became the Cleveland Giants, but did not continue after 1933.

League Note
Cole's Indianapolis American Giants (first half champions) and Pittsburgh Crawfords (second half champions), tied in a one-game play-off. Pittsburgh owner/League commissioner awarded the Pennant to Pittsburgh, over the objection of Indianapolis.
