Samari Rolle is a former American football cornerback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 12 seasons. He was born on August 10, 1976, in Miami, Florida, and attended Florida State University, where he played college football for the Seminoles.
Rolle was selected by the Tennessee Oilers in the second round of the 1998 NFL Draft. He played for the Oilers/Titans for six seasons, from 1998 to 2004, and was a key member of their defense during that time. He was named to the Pro Bowl in 2000 and 2002 and was a first-team All-Pro selection in 2000.
In 2005, Rolle signed with the Baltimore Ravens as a free agent. He played for the Ravens for four seasons, from 2005 to 2008, and continued to be a productive player. He was named to the Pro Bowl in 2006 and was a second-team All-Pro selection in 2007.
