The Tennessee Titans will have some tough decisions to make this offseason, and those decisions include whether or not to cut some key players in order to create more cap space. - As things stand now, the Titans are not in good shape financially. Per Over the Cap, Tennessee is set to be $6.6 million over the cap this offseason. - With that being the case, cuts are inevitable, but the Titans could also look to restructure the contracts of some players to further help their cause.
